Hi! I’m Alicja Konieczek, a two-time Olympian in the 3000m steeplechase (Tokyo and Paris) and a proud Polish record-holder in the 3000m steeplechase and 5000m indoors. With a heart for adventure, I’ve won multiple European Team Championships and competed at the highest level across the globe. Now, I’m based in Albuquerque, NM, training hard for the Los Angeles 2028 Olympics, where I plan to go for gold! When I’m not on the track, I love organizing endurance events, helping others find their passion for running, and sharing my journey through social media.
